RETURNING GOODS

To send goods to VETEC for repair, warranty testing or modification, please contact us at sales(at)vetec.remove-this.de. Your e-mail should contain the following information about the goods:

• Type
• Item number
• Device number
• Number of original order or purchase order
• When returning complete control valves or used parts, please include a completed and signed declaration of contamination

After checking your request we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please attach the completed and signed declaration of contamination to the outside of the package in a clearly visible place.

Please send the goods only to the delivery address provided by VETEC.

If we have any queries, we will contact you immediately and discuss the further procedure with you.

If the above procedure is not followed, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the goods or to return them to the sender freight collect. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged.

For returns for credit, you agree to the return costs below when you submit your request:

• Return of stock goods in original condition, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not: 20 % deduction from the net sales price, but at least 100 EUR per stock item.

Each return is connected with considerable administrative costs for us and impairs a stock-keeping according to economic aspects. The products must be thoroughly checked before being returned to our warehouse in order to be able to assume the full warranty within the scope of our general terms of delivery in case of new delivery.

• In the case of control valves, the return costs are determined by condition, function and type. These are calculated after a corresponding finding, but amount to at least 60 % of the net sales price.
• Control valves cannot be taken back: if they are older than 12 months (from delivery date) or if they are made of a special material.
